La Cocina Saludable is an English/Spanish nutrition program designed to teach
nutrition to WIC-eligible parents, migrant farm workers and EFNEP participants.
The program covers six areas:
1.) Make It Healthy; 2.) Make It Fun; 3.) Make A Change; 4.) Make It Safe; 5.)
Make A Plan; and 6.) Make A Great Start. This program consists of an educator's
and participant's kit. Special shipping and handling is required for this program.
